Naomi has worked across surgery, strategy consulting, and med tech advising for more than a decade. She has operated and trained in hospitals across the US, including large academic medical centers, small community hospitals, and everything in between.
She left full-time pursuit of surgery to work as a consultant at BCG, then in 2023 developed an independent, med tech focused practice. She has since developed a robust network in the surgical med tech sectors, both in the US and in Japan.
Naomi maintains a small per diem clinical practice on the surgical service at a public health hospital in Cambridge, MA — keeping her advisory work firmly grounded in the realities of the operating room.
Jen has spent over a decade at the intersection of healthcare strategy, organizational transformation, and commercial innovation. She builds enterprises, orchestrates high-performing teams, and advises executive teams. She brings deep financial expertise from 15+ years in leadership roles at global organizations.
